Mounting with liquid glue

for high load

Mounting with self-adhesive strips

for normal load
  • Clean the roller with solvent. The surface must be dry and free of fat, dust and rust

  • Cut the take-up strips on the bias at a length corresponding to the circumfe-rence of the cylinder
  • Cut the take-up strips on the bias at a length corresponding to the circumfe-rence of the cylinder
  • Spread a part of the cylinder and some meters of the roller covering with liquid glue. Let it drying according to the instructions for use of glue
  • Remove some meters of the cover-foil of the reverse of the roller covering and mount the strips spirally edge by edge (without open joint)
  • Mount the roller covering two-handed with middle / high tension on the slow rotating cylinder. The strips should be mounted spirally edge by edge (without open joint)
  
  • Fix the beginning and the end of the covering with nails or countersunk screws and wrap them additionally with our adhesive tape
